We undertook a huge transformation of this property to create the contemporary kitchen shown. The newly created space originally consisted of a small kitchen, utility room, downstairs W.C. and part of the hallway. Our builder removed all of the dividing walls and doorways and built a new stud wall and entrance from the hall. A full revamp of the electrics, plumbing and heating was required, before a new ceiling was installed and the whole room was plastered.
