Fitzroy Porcelain - April 2017
We were asked to remodel a kitchen we originally installed nearly two decades ago. The customer had considered an extension in this part of the property in order to accommodate both an informal eating area and a place to sit and relax. However it was decided to simply remove an existing wall and alter the staircase slightly to enable us to plan a flowing kitchen incorporating a peninsular. This left space for a sitting area adjacent to the kitchen that was fitted with bi-fold doors to make the most of this beautiful location.
It is often worth discussing with a planner what may be achieved within the parameters of an existing room before building work is considered.
