Covid-19 Policy
Here at Staffordshire Kitchens & Bedrooms the well-being of our customers and staff is our highest priority. The ongoing crisis is affecting all aspects of daily life and is a fast changing situation. That is why we are adapting the way we operate to make our business as safe and as accessible to you. We will be adhering to the latest government guidelines at all times and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these. Please read below the steps we are taking and how these affect each area of the business.
Home visits
We require all members of the household to be symptom free and not in quarantine, in line with government advice.
Staff members will use hand sanitiser before entry to the property and will carry some on their person at all times.
2m social distancing to be adhered to, where possible.
We will contact you upon arrival at the property so that you can open doors to reduce contact with door handles, bells etc.
We are not able to accept your kind offers of refreshments at this time.
Installations
All Home Visit policies apply to installations plus these additional measures:

Installers to be given exclusive use of the room being worked on.

Installers on site limited to one at a time, unless absolutely necessary.
Side/back entrances to be used, where possible, to reduce contact with main house.

Customers asked not to touch anything in the kitchen/bedroom once the installer has left site unless the installation is complete.
