This generous bedroom was suffering from poorly designed storage and a dark set of furniture. Our brief was to create a brighter space whilst creating more useable storage. The solution was to pull the bed away from the wall allowing a large feature wall of furniture to be fitted behind. A bank of three double wardrobes on the adjacent wall provided ample hanging space with hidden drawers and shelving. The gloss colour was chosen to lighten the room but warmth was introduced with the wood surround and flooring.
